She's a Feebas. That's a rare color.

One of those 'shiny' I take?

Do they come with more moves from breeders than the wild?

I don't know to be honest. Someone should catch a wild one so I can compare.

You'll probably going to have to wait on that. The closest Feebas around here is at Lake Rage according to the Pokédex.

I don't think they are in Kanto at all. It doesn't matter though. In the end, I think I will be happy with this.
