After getting lost in the forest, caught in there for a little over week, I suddenly feel very grateful for hot water and a nice bed.

I'm not really sure why commoners find camping fun. Definitely don't know how people sleep on the cold, hard ground in the middle of the forest. Isn't it hard to, knowing that something could slither or crawl in your stuff while you sleep? Bluh! It gives me the shivers just thinking about it.

Thankfully we're in Pewter now. Is the gym here still strictly rock types or is that different too?

Size apparently doesn't matter much in terms of how much they can carry, though you probably would need a second one to transport two people.

While I don't doubt that... I still think that even just me is a little too much for just a Swablu.

At least he's fluffy. I can only imagine how soft he'll be as an Altaria.

All I need is the HM, really. My Pidgeot, Fitch, could learn it. Armani can too, once he is a Dragonite. But that's pretty far off.

Altaria are quite soft, yes. And you can win the HM from one of the gyms in each region, if you can't find anyone to borrow it from.

Battling is half of the game, right? Now why wouldn't I try to win the HMs on my own?

Well, it'll probably require quite a bit more travel, for one thing...

The travel is going to be a pain, yeah...

But at least my brother is here. It makes it... Easier.

It usually is easier to travel with someone else, certainly. Do the two of you have a tent, at least?

We definitely have everything we need for travel. It's just really hard to sleep when you're used to your nice, luxurious bed and expensive sheets.
